I had the great joy of returning to my college to teach a course I’d developed for the Political Science department. I hadn’t been back to campus since I graduated, so it was a heck of a trip: a time capsule in some ways, totally transformed in others.
I was very impressed with the students. They came in with little-to-no prior knowledge of the field of “trust and safety,” but dove into it with great commitment. We spent two hours each day together, four days a week, for four weeks, and I think they made the most of it.
